Melinoe aus Oberhausen spielen melancholischen melodic Black Metal mit roher Intensität und fesselnder Atmosphäre.Blodtåke

Blodtåke, an effect that can occur when a hunter catches trail of his prey or a murder killing his victim. It leads to the individuals' loss of self-control and accountability, making them fall into a state of uncontrollable lust for bloodshed without a fear of consequences.
Now imagine a band named in honor to that effect, assembled of well experienced musicians from the underground that can completely unfold in their artistic expressions. The five pieces executes their bloodshed in a well-balanced deathened black metal style, combining thriving melodies with harsh riffs, a tight bass fundament and insane drums. The wild hunt is led by shattering vocals covering all territory of brutal metal and lyrics, that dwell in humanity´s most tragic and life defining topics, from religion to loss and far way beyond. And hell, they know well the sensation of blood loss that inhabits the body and soul when feeling loss, being enraged, compassionate, sorrow- and painful and they unload that sanguine flood in all their lyrics, their music and on-stage-performances, bleeding dry for their art.
Blodtåke´s blood shed shall lead the way to the bands´and audiences´ own frenzy of rhythmic, melodic, creative and destructive euphoria of musical rapture.Moor

Die Welt liegt in Trümmern, die Menschheit ist fast vollkommen vernichtet.
Über 20 Jahre ist es her, dass wir alles verloren haben und vor der Strahlung in die Tunnel fliehen mussten.
Seitdem müssen wir jeden Tag um unser Überleben kämpfen: Gegen Hunger, Strahlung, Mutanten und den schlimmsten Feind von allen - Andere Überlebende.
Inspiriert von Dimitri Gluchowskis postapokalyptischer Metro 2033 Trilogie, Danny Boyles „28 days ...Mehr anzeigen later“ und symphonischen Black Metal der frühen 2000er begibt sich die Band auf eine düstere Reise durch die Trümmer einer zerstörten Zivilisation.
Obwohl sich die Band MPAK ([mr'ak] - Bulgarisch für Dunkelheit) erst im Herbst 2020 gründete, konnte mit „… of death and darkness“ bereits im Frühjahr des Folgejahres ein erstes Demo

Im Jahr 2022 hat die Band nicht nur das Live Video "War, pestilence, famine and death" veröffentlicht und ihr Live Debüt gegeben sondern auch im Nightside Audio Studio ihr Debütalbum "No hope" aufgenommen, welches im Jahr 2023 veröffentlicht wurde.Weniger anzeigen
