Drag Show LOVE IS LOVE: Super-Migration Edition

Join us for one of two drag show evenings dedicated to the controversial and profound theme of migration. Drag performances exploring our chosen migrant families, unforgettable bureaucratic adventures, queer survival strategies, and the different ways in which we learn to call a new place our Zuhause.
Birds migrate, reindeer and salmon migrate, whales migrate all the time! We humans migrate too, crossing borders of our own making, learning a new language, seeking out our own kind, reminiscing about the past and exploring ways not to lose our marbles. The magical process of migration turns you into somewhat of a superhuman – so all that’s left to do is celebrate!
At this special edition of LOVE IS LOVE, Berlin-based drag artists with personal experience of migration will fill the stage with their lip-syncs, comedy sketches, real-life stories, dancing powers, silliness and surprises.
Whether you have migrated yourself, know someone who has, or simply want to experience these stories through the language of drag, this show is an invitation to laugh together, reflect together, and celebrate the communities we build wherever life takes us.
Both nights will be hosted by Lola Camomilla & BroKolya, with support from Bella Mortadella.
