»Desire Machines« brings together »Seven Songs of Yearning«, a new sci-fi musical by ONCE WE WERE ISLANDS & Ruby Louise Rose, and a joyful assortment of songs, short films, readings and more by Queer artists from Berlin and beyond. The Otherland Bookstore will also be selling a selection of Queer sci-fi!

ONCE WE WERE ISLANDS have presented Queer speculative fictions at BHO since 2015. They return with co-conspirator Ruby Louise Rose for their first musical collaboration. Old and new friends from Berlin and beyond join them for a night of Queer sci-fi.
