The Soundtrack for the nervous look over the shoulder. What countless horror films promise, this Dresden-based band brings to life. There is something in the darkness and it comes up to us – sometimes with sluggish steps and idling chainsaw, sometimes with a howling engine and full throttle. It grabs us by the collar, presses us against the wall of the house and strikes. This is where noise rock meets stoner and punk, an anabolic distorted bass on excellently played drums. Since 2023, Trigger Kid & the Ending Man has morphed into a trio. Hypnotic and accentuating guitar and synth figures blend into the music as an additional layer and complete the soundscape consuming itself after everything – a constant wrestle with the demons in the head and hypocrisy of a self-faking society.
