Busted Head Racket (AUS)

Busted Head Racket is a three piece tennis core, synth punk band from Newcastle, NSW, Australia. The members consist of Arden Guff (Vocals, bass), David Cunningham (synth) and Riley Gardiner (drums). The project originally began as a solo project of Arden's in 2020, inspired by Sneaks and The Death Set. Since the bands formation in late 2022, their influences have evolved drawing inspiration from the B-52s, Powerplant and Devo. BHR blends driving bass leads, punchy straight up and down drums and whirring synths with a tactful blend of power-pop melodies. The tracks are short, no nonsense and full of hooks.
