Among other things, we’ve played many concerts in germany such as benefit concerts for the nature conservation organization Transition e.V. in Regensburg, as well as in Eichstätt, Burglengenfeld, Deggendorf, Pilsting, several times in Straubing, etc.
The band has always served as an outlet for negative thoughts and emotions. Music makes us feel good. That’s why we’re peaceful people.

Our 10-year history is long and rich in variety:

DOOMCRUST PHASE (2016-2018): Deaducation started as a "doomcrust" project in 2016. In their primal days, the four were known as heavy drinkers and carelessly playing loud, chaotic shows. It all went well until 2018, when everything became more messed up. Following a bunch of delirious trips and their last gig in late 2018, bassist Knecht and drummer Jonathan parted ways with the band cause they couldn't deal with Matze.

THE SHADOW ERA (2018-2020): Black Lake was released, a bassist could be found quickly (Stephan, an old friend of Vince) and from New Year's Eve, 2018/19 they had their new drummer Richard. In that time, mainly new songs were written for the upcoming album "Phantom Called Idealism". Matze joined a couple of sessions until he mysteriously disappeared. Since then, Vincent was the only remaining original member of the band.

P.C.I. PHASE (2020-2022): In those two hopelessly pandemic years, Vincent made efforts to replace Stephans position on bass with Kiki, so that Stephan could switch to guitar. For personal reasons though, Stephan left. Either way, the three managed to finish the album and released it in 2022, following Kikis departure.

THE GOLDEN TRINITY (2023-Present): Leon joined as guitarist when he was discovered by Vincent at an open stage event. Too many changes in the bass line-up led Vincent to the emotional decision to switch from guitar to bass. Today, Vincent, Richard and Leon are considered the strongest Deaducation line-up ever.
