PINK MOON was formed in 2003 by Christoph Gelbrich and Jup "JJ" Thorn. They played all instruments themselves on their first CD.
The Album "Pink Moon" was published in August 2005. All songs are composed and arranged by Chris and Jup, except "Same day" which is a song by Gavin and Jup.
Gavin Griffiths is an ingenious soundmaker at SonyBMG, it was his studio in Somerset, where the special sound of the album was created.
Now the Liveband is three people:
Christoph Gelbrich - drums, piano, vocals
Jup Thorn - acoustic and electric guitars, vocals
Steven Flynn - electric guitar, clarinet
Elke Saller - percussion, drums, piano
Thomas Julius Müller- bass, fretlessbass, chapmanstick
