Bio

Point Counter Point (aka PCP ) from Frankfurt, Germany plays their own brand of pop and rock, with influences from 90s British rock. The current line-up is: Carl Anderson, guitar, vocals Marcus Sachs - keyboards, vocals Mitch Biron - bass Thomas Mych – drums

PCP have been going nowhere for a long time, and will continue to do so as long as they feel like it. They play well-crafted and thoughtful songs sloppily and cannot sing, but have a selection of whiskies at their disposal.

Lead by an Englishman who was always ugly and is now old to match, they don’t play for the chicks, they don’t play for the money, and are sick of people who talk about The Music. They have no purpose in music and are good at it. It gets them out of the house and away from their families.

Carl writes the songs, gets quietly upset about arrangements and plays passable guitar. Marcus has a keyboard or two and believes songs should serve the sounds. Mitch enjoys a chat and shows bad taste in bass guitar colour finishes. Thomas knows the set list and is an invaluable member of the band. He plays a set of cardboard drums.

So what can we say, except ... ENJOY!

Oh yeah, PCP is from Germany. That’s close to Scandinavia, home of the best contemporary British Rock.
