The Gaslight Anthem waren am 2. Juli 2013 im Alten Schlachthof in Dresden zu Gast. Support spielten The Plea aus Irland. Unsere Fotografin Susanne Hasse hat ein paar Eindrücke in Bildform festgehalten.

The Plea bewegen sich im Indie-Rock-Bereich und haben nach ihrer EP Nothin' But Trouble ihr Debütalbum The Dreamers Stadium am 22. Februar 2013 veröffentlicht. Die Platte wurde von Chris Potter (U2, Blur, The Verve, The Rolling Stones) produziert.

The Plea sind die selbstbewussten Iren Denny Doherty (Vocals, Electric/Acoustic Guitars, Piano), Dermot Doherty (Electric/Acoustic Guitars, BV's), Paul Toland (Bass) und Gerry Strawbridge (Drums and Percussion), die an sich glauben und sich in ihrer Bio u.a. so beschreiben: "Soon-to-be stadium rock from the sleepy towns of Northern Ireland".
